When you create an account, we collect your email address to sign you in. Sign-in tokens are stored in your device's encrypted storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), never in plain text.
When you subscribe, Apple or Google processes the payment and tells our subscription provider (RevenueCat) that your plan is active. We receive only your subscription status (active plan, renewal date) — never card numbers or billing details.
We may collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage counts (e.g., "analysis succeeded/failed") to fix bugs. These never include your photos, videos, emails, or file contents.
Only to operate the app you asked for: run your account, deliver the features above, enforce plan limits (e.g., free-tier scan caps), process subscriptions, send the reminders you configure, and fix bugs. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual entries (plants, swings, sessions) inside each app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us from your account email at mvdevelopmentsolutions@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep limited records (e.g., tax-related transaction records).
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Account data is isolated per user in the database. Sign-in tokens live in your device's encrypted keychain/keystore. No system is perfect, but we follow industry-standard practices and limit employee access to user data to what's needed for support and operations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at mvdevelopmentsolutions@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and notify you in-app or by email before the changes take effect.
